Problem of automatic reply

I have problem to send an automatic reply of mesage when a message containing a keyword is sended.
Also, in the replaymanager screen, (reply manager database entries) the status is dormant.

Can you send more information on this? It's not clear what the problem might be.

For example, can you send and receive messages normally, without keywords? Are you texting in your message with the keyword at the front (i.e. the first word)? Are you getting any messages on the screen?

If you try again and see a "(No forms)" message on the Home screen after using the reply feature, check out the following Forum post which has a solution:

You can also check the Help files, within FrontlineSMS, in the "Keywords" section for details on how to use the auto-reply feature.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, i can send and receive messages normally, without keyword and also, i am texting in my message with the keyword mto at the front. I have no message on the screen.
But, i have a red cross in the screen of keyword, under live.

Follow my notes above, re: checking the Help files in FrontlineSMS, and the "(No forms)" forum discussion. These should solve your problem. Again, I don't really have enough information to say what's going on there. Try a few different keywords, of different lengths, and see what happens.

It sounds as though you have the "(No forms)" problem - look at the Home screen and you should see it.

Have you checked the dates of this auto-reply? if it says dormant, that means that this auto-reply is not active at the moment, meaning that the date range does not include today. Could you check that as well, please?
