Anne Mugisha Cant get connected...Help!

I need help. I recently received the FrontlineSMS software and am trying to send SMS via the Internet so I hooked up with IntelliSMS. Problem is the FrontlieSMS software cannot seem to connect to my modem. I get a message saying a Phone COM3 has been detected, then it fails to connect. Am really a novice and I need detailed help to get started. Am based in the US - is that a problem? Please help. Delete Comment

I sent you an email about an hour ago. Did you not get it?

You need to have an active internet connection for IntelliSMS to work - you can access it through a GSM modem but that needs more configuration. I would unplug the modem completely and firstly follow the instructions/comments in my email, and let us know how you get on.
