FLSMS key-words problems

I use the FLSMS 1.4.8, I tried to use the key-words but it didn't work. What I do ? Get the version 1.5.8 ?

Keywords work fine in that version of FrontlineSMS.

What do you mean by "didn't work"? Have you set them up correctly, as per the instructions in the "Help" files? Have dates been set on the keyword, so perhaps it's expired? Give us a bit more information and we'll try to help.

Are you seeing a "(No forms)" message appearing on the "Home" screen when you try to use your keyword? If so, there is a solution in the Forum here if you search for it. Let me know if you have any problems with that, or with finding it.

I've just re-activated your original request, so you should now have an email with a link to the latest version. To be honest, 1.4.8 was fine with keywords so I don't think this is going to solve your problem, which is likely somewhere in the set up of your keywords. Feel free to try and let me know how you get on! If you do still have problems then screenshots of how you've set up the keywords will be helpful.

I just solve the problem. There are some bugs in french version. I used the english version, it works !!!!!. Thanks. I will try with the kiswahili version tomorrow. Thanks for your replies.
