Dear Forum Members,
I have just come back from an Emergency Mine Risk Education Training organized by UNICEF and Handicap International. Conflict affected area of SWAT in NWFP , Pakistan is witnessing a huge return of IDPs in the places of origin which are contaminated by land mines and ERWs( Explosive Remnant of War).
I will like suggestions from the forum members about dissiminating information using mobile phones to the IDPs.
