FrontlineSMS allows you to text message with large groups of people anywhere there is a mobile signal.
I got an application for receiving GPS co-ordinates/waypoints from the field(Somalia) through Frontline sms. All seem well though at some point the waypoints are not delivered and i guess its a modem issue. I am in Kenya and am using the local service providers' modems, i.e. Orange and Safaricom.
Is/are there specific modems recommended for FrontlineSMS?
Thanks,
Luke

Thank you for getting in touch about this. It sounds like you're working on an interesting and valuable project using FrontlineSMS. You can find information on modem compatibility with FrontlineSMS on our website here: http://www.frontlinesms.com/the-software/requirements/
I hope this is helpful, but please feel free to ask if you have further questions.
All the Best
