I wanted to share an opportunity which could be of interest for some FrontlineSMS users:

IDS Knowledge Services is inviting organisations to apply for a small technical grants. These grants are available to application developers in this list of eligble countries wishing to use information and communication technologies to repurpose, and contextualise research on development issues and so inform evidence based policy making.
