You may want to start off by looking at the FrontlineSMS device database. There are several Nokia devices listed here that work with FrontlineSMS.

You should also note on the page Tom has sent you that we don't recommend you use mobiles with FrontlineSMS any more. GSM modems are the recommended devices (these can send and receive SMS to and from ALL mobile phones).
