GlobalGiving manages all our contact information in salesforce.com and we'd love to be able to integrate FrontlineSMS into it. Any developers out there ever asked about this? There is really no good way to send/recv messages from salesforce to the developing world. All the apps deliver in Europe, Australia, North America, and that's is it.
I guess unlike more companies that use salesforce, our "customers" are primarily in the poorest, least connected countries in the world - so we have to reinvent the wheel sometimes.
