Form builder on version 2.1

Hi, I recently downloaded Frontline SMS 2.1.0 and cant figure out where to find the form builder, unlike in version 1.6. Any ideas how to handle forms on the new version.

Thanx a lot for the response. Will use the older version for now. Cant wait to have the forms on the new version. It looks great already.
