Is there a way I can download FrontlineSMS version 1.6 without going through that page (download form) ..... My internet connection is not so good so have to retry downloading several times and have to redo this download form !!!!

If you copy the link into a text file somewhere before you try clicking on it you can just keep retrying - otherwise have you tried using a browser like Firefox which copes better with interrupted downloads?
