Am confronting challenges in delivering sms to receipients. Though the system marked messages as sent receipients did not received such messages. Can anyone help me out?
Could you provide details about your setup - if you are using a modem, which brand and version is it? Or if you are using an internet aggregator, please let us know which one.
My setup comprise of Huawei E173 modem connected to desktop computer. The system was able to send sms until yesterday when I started experience problem.
It's worth confirming that you still have airtime on the line in the modem. Most modems automatically run some included software when plugged in, so please make sure this is not running in the background as it can interfere with FrontlineSMS.
I suggest you unplug the modem and restart the computer, exit the modem software, then start FrontlineSMS back up again.
Let me know if this still does not work.
