FrontlineSMS Projects in Juba, South Sudan?

A colleague is looking for active FLSMS projects in Juba, South Sudan where she can see how it works in person.  Do you know of any ongoing programs where the FLSMS instance is running there? Or ICT providers who have experience with FLSMS that have staff in Juba? She is also looking for locally provided training and support for her program.

David Isaak is worth messaging on this. He's done some stuff in Sudan/has contacts there I think. I've done a quick search in "Members" for Sudan and he's the only name that came up (nothing for South Sudan, or Juba):
