FrontlineSMS & Ushahidi

Hello again,

Now I really need to talk to Ushahidi Admins who use FSMS.

It appears that I need to learn something - how to make FSMS 1.6 to work with Ushahidi when the Ushahidi website uses https.

When I use https, the sms don't sync with the website. When I use http, things are fine.

Another aspect is about:

Did anyone really manage to get this running with Windows 7??

I could not find the location of the FSMS database!

Thank you very much for the pointer.

For now, I suppose I will be able to succeed with v1.x, courtesy of some advise I have received offlist from one of the members of this forum who has links with Ushahidi. I am informed there is a possibility of v1.7 of FrontlineSMS coming out and it may address one of my problems, except the HTTPS one .

If anything else pops up in this front, I'll not hesitate to return.

Hello Sila,

I already looked at V2.0 and it does not at all work with Ushahidi. Now, as you may have guessed, my only reason for using FrontlineSMS is to integrate with Ushahidi, not for any other purpose. I love it, after looking at the application, but I am not the type that sends that much SMSes so my phone is enough for texting.

Should you release v1.7, which someone told me would include the sync plugin, I'd be happy to use that until V2 incorporates Ushahidi.

Is it true there is v1.7 coming out anytime now?
