Could you kindly send us a copy of your FrontlineSMS logs so that we can investigate whether there might be a problem in connecting to Clickatell. Also, kindly confirm whether you have a clickatell account which has credits for sending sms

It seems that you are providing the wrong login credentials for your clickatell account in FrontlineSMS. Kindly ensure that you enter the correct user name and password to ensure that you can send messages through clickatell.

Can I provide the logins on using my email. please provide your personal email so i can be able to relay the info to you and we can do the check together.

Does it fail to send an sms when you try to send the test message? If this is so, kindly try to send yourself a quick message after you create a route to your Clickatell sms account. There is a bug with the send test message command that will be fixed in our next release

Permalink Reply by Moice on October 15, 2012 at 7:23am The system indicates that I am connected to clickatell. It even confirms that the message is send. but no message comes to my phone. When I check the pending tab, all messages indicate that they haven't gone through. I never had such problems on version 1.
I have tried to revert back to version 1 but it gives a fatal installation error.

Permalink Reply by Geoffrey Muchai on October 15, 2012 at 7:58am Kindly shutdown FrontlineSMS version 2 and reconnect to clickatell after restarting and then send a quick message to yourself. Kindly send me the logs if this doesn't work so that I can understand what the problem is.
