Generic forms client and Samsung E250i

I am trying to test out a Samsung E250i for use with FrontlineSMS forms, but have not been able to download the generic client because it appears the link is dead. Can anyone help me with this?

Same problem here.. I need to download the generic client but the link is dead.

I am using Samsung i780 (run on WinMobile 6.1) and Sony Ericsson Z250i, both phones are not able to use Form.
On i780 I succeed to install the form client but not able to receive any form sent by FrontlineSMS server).
On SE Z250i, not able to install the form client.
