help! keywords / auto reply and auto forward to Ushahidi

Hi,

I'm working on a project where we need for FLSMS to link up automatically with Ushahidi. I've followed the instructions within Ushahidi, setting up an auto reply using the key word <BLANK>, and an external command using the link provided within our Ushahidi admin site (following instructions on the Ushahidi blog also), but the SMSes never appear on the Ushahidi as incoming SMSes, nor does my auto reply ('thanks for sending us a message') ever show up on the phones we are using to test. We leave tomorrow to do training in the community and I really hope to resolve this before we go!  Any ideas of what we're doing wrong and how to fix it?

Are any messages arriving at all into FrontlineSMS? Can you send messages? Just trying to determine whether there's a modem/phone problem, or whether it's keyword-related.

Hi Ken and Brendan, thanks so much for the replies -- Yes messages were coming into FLSMS, but nothing was happening after that. Josh skyped me and walked me through it - it ended up being a problem with the key word on the beta version that I have, and we got it sorted! We used another key word and it works fine now. (Brendan, I will save your skype for future reference!)

we had the same problem...

the problem was that we have a proxy for our internet connection. since frontlinesms doesn't have an option for proxy settings, we did the opposite - remove the proxy.
