Help to get started using FrontlineSMS in Northern Ghana

I'm with a Danish NGO partnering with 2 Ghanaian NGOs in Northern Ghana. We are interested in using FrontlineSMS, but for various reasons we haven't started yet.  Are there any other NGOs out there with experience in using FrontlineSMS in Ghana – and possibly some people who would be willing to perhaps visit us in Tamale and tell us about their experiences to inspire us and get it started? Travel expenses etc. would of course be paid.
