I am able to recieve messages but unable to send.

I am able to receive messages but when Isend a message my handset I'm unable to receive the message. . When I sent the message it shows that it has been sent but i don't receive it. Or when I reply to the a received message I don't receive the reply on Frontline. I don't know what the problem could be.

What kind of device are you using to send and receive SMS through your computer - a phone or modem? And which model?

Also, (assuming you're using version 1) please ensure by double-clicking on the device in the devices tab that it is enables for both send and receive. Let us know if you're using version 2.

Hey Laura,

Sorry that it took so long to answer back. I was using version 2 and using a TNM dongle which is Huawei E153.
