FrontlineSMS let users send, receive and manage SMS over a mobile network.

I am not getting forms from GSM server on my mobile handset

I have installed frontline form client in two mobiles 1. Nokia 3500 classic and 2. 5230 XpressMusic, I am able to send sms via my gsm server ( Analogics GSM/GPRS smart modem) manage forms option gives a message "There is currently no form data stored on this handset". Since these sets are mentioned in i have studied the instructions and followed them. Do suggest what can be the solution.

when you sent the forms, did you receive an SMS saying "A new form is available" on the mobiles? If so, that's alright. This is just an information message.
You then have to request the forms from the application, by choosing "Get new forms" and stay in the application. The forms will then be sent by the server.
Did you have a chance to watch this video tutorial?

Hope that helps.

yes i did recieve the sms, but when i sent the request by choosing "Get new forms" Nothing happens. I am attaching the log file.
I have also added this line in ( attached )
Hi Abhishek,

Could you attach the log files, or send them to us via the Help menu inside FrontlineSMS?

Hi Alex,
I have tried sending sms from Nokia 2700/5130/5310/3500. GSM modem is able to send sms informing about the availability of new forms. But when Get new form request is sent no forms are received from gsm server. The log file is attached. I have also sent a email to and have attached the log.
Hi Alex,
In Nokia 6030, I am recieving text messages instead of form which have encrypted for text " AAI+gCUAAAECAQEIDQIAAA==
log file is attached

we're going to take a look at your logs.
But can you confirm first that you kept the mobile application running while waiting for the forms?
