I am unable to receive the recived mail.

Dear All,

Inspite of all efforts, I am unable to receive the sent mail in my Frontline SMS page. More over, when i take the arrow to any area other than an area of action such as close or cancel, there is always a dongle in stead of an arrow meaning that some action is taking place. I am unable to understand, why I am unable to access the saent mails.
