I am unable to recive the incoming SMS

Dear All ,

I am unable to receive SMS. If the Home pages are open the SMS are received in the latest event section but not in the Message Box. If the computer is power offed at the end of the day's work and restated next day the received messages are neither shown in latest event or not in message box.

Hello Dr. Dey,

Having looked at the problem you are encountering, I would advice that you look at your database which you can access by going to the path displayed when you click on Help > Show configuration location. In the database, check if your received messages are being saved.

Also, it may be worth waiting for all pending messages to be first sent as this is queued and displayed on latest events before received messages are displayed.
