I can't access my in coming messages!

Dear all,I need some help I can't access my incoming messages yet I can see the warning that  I have 20 new messages but when I click to view the messages are not displayed !

What could be the problem?

Hi Peter,

If you refresh the page in your web browser, all saved messages in the application will be loaded. Try clearing the cache of your browser (instructions for firefox) and see if the message notification continues to appear.

This kind of thing sometimes happens if you shut down the application and continue to use the same browser tab after restart. If there is an issue, it is more likely that the application is wrongly reporting new messages than that there are actual messages that are inaccessible.

Please let us know if this continues to happen.
