Please see my response to your direct email yesterday, in your inbox. There are a few suggestions there.
Best of luck with this!

Thanks for getting in touch with these questions. Sounds like you are doing some interesting work in Zimbabwe.
In addition to Ken's suggestions given via email, I would point you to our online resources on the FrontlineSMS website - click here to view - and in particular you may find our SMS quick start guide and some of our introductory videos useful.
As Ken suggested via email, you can do a search on the forum for Zimbabwe, to find other relevant discussions and contacts who you can reach out to here.
I hope this is helpful. Feel free to let us know if you have further questions, and do keep us updated on your project if possible - it would be great to hear how it goes!
All the Best,
Florence

thanks for the support I am currently trying to get in touch with a few posts that I saw on Zimbabwe but I guess because of one reason or another there is very little appearing for Zimbabwe because its been difficult for anyone to operate online platforms and sms platforms due to the costs related to it and Government policy on uses of ICTs , I will need to first look into the issue in detail looking at the resources I have and see if that could be implemented with our local service providers and look at how feasible it would be.
ICT for NGOs- How can NGOs utilize the power of ICTs to enhance their impact in Development Practice.
But for the above question I haven't had any any answers on how this could be done please may you try share it on other forums that you are in connection with and try get more answers as to how this could be done
Regards

You mentioned Kubatana in your original questions, and I wonder if you are in contact with them about this research? If not I would suggest it could be useful for you to get in touch with them. You can also read more about Kubatana's work with FrontlineSMS in this blog post.
Your question on how NGOs can utilize the power of ICTs to enhance their development practice is very interesting, but also very broad. There really are many ways in which ICTs are being used to support NGOs in their different sectors of development work. You can read specifically about the ways FrontlineSMS is being used for various development projects on the case studies section of our website here, and hopefully these examples will help.
I will certainly keep an eye out for anything further which could be useful for you. Do keep in touch, and good luck with this interesting work!
All the Best,
Florence
