I am trying to import an Excel CSV file into Frontline 18.104.22.168. I want all users to be imported as Active because I need to send a group text blast. My CSV file has a Status column which says "True" for each entry (I have also tried writing "Active" as well). During the import preview it shows all contacts as Active, however, once the import completes, all contacts are marked as Dormant. Is there a way to fix this other than manually going through and changing the status of each contact?
