FrontlineSMS allows you to text message with large groups of people anywhere there is a mobile signal.
Hi All,
Just reconfigured FLSMS with IntelliSMS to send and receive messages. Works really well and have forwarded inbound messages to a Google email account then configured FLSMS to receive the messages via POP as per the instructions.
Unfortunately, after around 10min of working perfectly, I get the error on my home screen "IntelliSMS - Receiving failed, please verify your settings". But then if I open the IntelliSMS Internet SMS configuration screen then click save, it works for another 10min.
I'm using Google Apps / Gmail as the email account and have tried a few mail settings to ensure POP is working fine, and also to archive or delete messages once FLSMS processes them.
Anyhow, maybe I'm missing something simple so let me know if you have any tips to troubleshoot. I'm running 1.6.16.3 on a Windows XP Box
Cheers,
Andrew

Thanks for getting in touch. My initial thought is that there could be an issue with your connection perhaps? Similar issues have been discussed previously on the forum which may be helpful for you to take a read through, for example this discussion: http://frontlinesms.ning.com/forum/topics/intellisms-my-account
You can find general information on connecting to IntelliSMS in our help files here: http://help.frontlinesms.com/manuals/1.6.16.3/internetservices.htm
I hope this helps, but if you need further advice let us know and I can check if our developers have any further suggestions on this.
Thanks
Flo
