IntelliSMS Routing Error

Hello!

I am using FLSMS and IntelliSMS. I have set up IntelliSMS as I'm supposed to (for both sending and receiving), but when I try to send a test text message to a colleague in Ghana, I get a "Routing Error." 

The format I used for the number was +233xxx. Any suggestions? (I've also contacted IntelliSMS, but I don't think they'll get back to me for a little bit.)

Happily, the message seems to have gone through--after it first gave me a message of failing to send. Now I'm just working on receiving messages!
