Linux x64 Frontline 1.16 trouble with libserialrxtx.so

Hi, 

I have installed the last version 1 of Frontline on a Debian 64 Server. I use sun java 64bit 20.1-b2 and if i use libserialrxtx 2.1.7 for linux 64 the server crash after 2sec. With the 2.2pre2 version of lib rxtx it's working but it's not stable sometimes it's working sometimes not.

Do you have any idea what can i do to have a stable frontline ?

Hi,

What you may want to looking for is a combination of rxtx and java version that work well together.

There are 2 things you can try :

• Install 32 bit java
• Install rxtx from your package manger

Yes this solution will work but no solution with java 64bit :(.
