FrontlineSMS allows you to text message with large groups of people anywhere there is a mobile signal.
HELLO ALL!,
I have tried to schedule future sms/email messages using the REMINDERS TAB. I have been able to do this in the past but now I click save and it says reminder created in the bottom left hand corner, but it's not showing up in the reminders window. I just tried sending an sms to myself and the message went through, but it was not saved to the reminders window either. I need to be able to see which ones I have already sheduled in ithe reminders window. Can someone please help me with this??
THANK YOU,
Brittany

Could you please send us a screen shot of the Create Reminder window containing the data you entered when you encountered the problem. We would like to recreate the same problem on our end and see how we can best assist you.
Please also tells us the full version number of the FrontlineSMS you are using. You can find this in the Help > About FrontlineSMS menu.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Michael.

I am using Version: 1.6.16.3
The first picture is the set up of how I intended on sending the email. Once I set up the reminder the new screen(2nd picture) says on the bottom left hand corner "Email reminder created" But when I scroll down it isn't in the reminders list. Even when I sent a reminder text/email to myself I received it. But still, it did not show up in the reminders list. I'm not sure what to do. Is there a max on how many reminders you can have that shows up in the reminders list? I need this feature to keep records of contact.
Thank you for any help

I believe the problem is caused by a software bug. By looking at the screen shots, it seems that pagination is not working as it should. Try clicking on the green arrows at the bottom and see if your new reminder message will show up.
Unfortunately he reminders plug-in is community contributed code, and is not actively supported. You may have to delete some of the old reminders in order for new reminders to show up in the list.
Hope this helps. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks,
Michael.
