No form delivered to the terminal

Hi,

 

I am trying to use forms with a compatible mobile device, but once the phone sends the request of a new form and this message is received in the computer, it never send the form to the terminal... Do you know what the problem could be?

Hi Santiago,

Forms are only sent to people who are in the group assigned to the form. If a request for a form is received from a number that is not in the group, FrontlineSMS will not send the form. Could you check that the user who requested the form is in the group? Also please check the SMS inbox on the phone - some phones fail to read the incoming sms as a form and instead save it to the normal messaging inbox.

If this does not work, please send us your logs and we will see if there is a technical issue preventing the form from being sent.

That's not the case, because the contact is actually in the group, since it receives the message of "there is a new form available". The thing is no message is sent from the modem when the request is received... If you don't have more suggestions, I can send you the logs.

Hi,

Do you think it could be something about the operator? We are working in Peru, with Claro, do you have any testimony from here? The thing is the form template is 5 SMS weight, could this be the problem?
