Poll results appearing and disappearing

Well - we are using the FrontlineSMS radio beta and so far so good.

We are having a frustrating time getting the polls working. We are using keywords to automatically process the responses BUT they get registered as responses in then in a flash of a moment later - they are de-registered. So the graph/results for the poll itself flashes between showing results and showing no results...

Thanks for the feedback. We are currently trying to replicate this behaviour in the Radio beta. Could you give us a bit more information to help us identify the issue?

• By 'deregistered', do you mean that the responses go from being categorised against a specific response to 'uncategorised'? Or do they disappear from the poll altogether?
• In the response list, do the messages disappear by themselves, or does this happen when you refresh your browser?
• Finally, could you let us know the name and version of the browser you are using, and the OS you are testing in

Hi Bart,

Sitati and I were not able to replicate the error. We did a fresh installation of the radio application, connected to a modem, setup a poll.The graph worked perfectly.
