problem with my reception

it's been over a week I use FrontlineSMS
the problem is that I can not receive a text message in real time and sometimes you have restarted to receive sms as it it were stuck in the modem.

It would be great to get a bit more information about the system you're using.

Which version of FrontlineSMS are you using? Version 1, or Version 2?

Which kind of modem are you using?

That will help us to diagnose the problem.

windws7'm on, I use the vesion1 FrontlineSMS and a modem HUAWEI E173u.

everything went well only every 30 minutes if I too received messages 10 or more so the system does not receive other until reboot. I use it sometimes at night.

In the Help menu > Submit Error Report.
