sending messages

i have encountered some issues whenever i try sending messages and the messages are indicated as pending.

 Thanks for that reply. The status of the connection is ok as the green spot is visible. Before i started sending the messages i had loaded my sim card ksh 150 and i thought that is enough for that job. How long does messages remain pending once sent? these have been pending for the last seven days.
