FrontlineSMS allows you to text message with large groups of people anywhere there is a mobile signal.
Hi all,
I had seen an option to add date to the info that FrontlineSMS can include in the php command to forward the SMS. However, I just found out that it's in Y-m-d format, which is no good for my purposes. From what I understand, in this thread http://frontlinesms.ning.com/forum/topics/general-questions-about?c... , although the time is visible, Frontline can't send it in a http request. Will this option be available in the new release?
Best,
Joachim B.

Thanks for sharing this on the forum. Sila and I have now followed up with the developer team on this, and they've told us that this isn't possible at present, but it is a user story in our development planning, so we should be building it into Version 2 in future.
In the meant time, you are more than welcome to access the source code to see if you can adapt the way you need.
Thanks for your interest in the new version, and we look forward to staying in touch about this as we develop new functionality. Please let us know if you need more information or have any further questions on this in the meantime.
Thanks
Flo

Thanks for your feedback.
It is a good point to know. For this summer trial we are going to do without but later on we will have to find a way of getting the timestamp somehow since it would make our system far more robust. Please do let me know if there is any update regarding this matter in the future.
Many thanks,
Joachim B.
