Trying to Export Contacts (FrontlineSMS 1.6.16.3)

I go to File > Export > Contacts, then select the contacts I want to export. The "Export" button does not become clickable until I name the file. So, I name it, then I click "Export," and I get a message: "The directory does not exist." If this isn't right, then how do I export?

Hello Dounia,

One thing you can try is to export the contacts to your home folder. If this fails, kindly post the link you are entering into the export field to specify the directory to export to.
