Unable to receive sms in Frontline

Dear all,

I have been trying to configure my frontlineSMS system to show my poll results but the feedback keeps going to my modem. When i read through the forum i noted people talking about disabling auto-run but i am unable to initiate that. Could someone give me tips on how to go about this?

Please upload a screenshot of the page you are referring too. I don't understand what you mean by 'feedback going back to my modem'

Hi Seme,

What i mean is; when i send a poll question to my recepients through frontlinesms, i expect their response/feedback to the question to show on frontlinesms. This has not happened and any time someone replies, their reply does not show on frontline but instead comes to my modem.

I hope this is clear?

Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. Are you running the modem software and frontlinesms software at the same time? If you are, you need to close the modem software any time you want to use frontlinesms.

I would like to thank Sitati for his patience and technical assistance on this issue. I was finally able to receive sms through frontlineSMS. For anyone who may be having a similar challenge, you may need to use a different modem model since some are not compatible with FrontlineSMS.
