Hi,

While trying to send a completed 'form' from FLsms to my mobile 'sony ericsson w960', i only got a text msg saying :
'There is a new form available for frontlinesms: frm_name' .
I have the 'form client: Frontline Forms ' on my mobile phone.I clicked on 'Get New Forms' after which i got a msg on my server saying "AAI+gSUAAAECAQAlDQIAAA==" but FLsms never responded back with the 'form' .
Am i missing out any step here ? Pls help

Hi Varun,

It sounds like your phone/modem connected to your computer is having issues. What make and model is the phone/modem connected to your computer?

We are using a gsm modem
Make and Model :
At&t USBconnect quicksilver option gi0322

I just have to click 'Submit Error Report' on Help right?
But how do you know that the error report came from me?

Hi Varun,

Thanks for sending us your logs. Unfortunately I can't find any details of messages being sent or received in the logs. Did this occur recently? You may have to run FrontlineSMS again, wait for the problem to occur, and then resubmit your logs immediately.

Hi Alex,

I had submitted error reports 2 times:
Once from my laptop PC (by mistake),
Then from the actual PC where GSM modem is plugged. I am not sure which log you were referring.
Anyways, I just re-submitted the error report after re-creating the same scenario: still get the sms "AAI+gSUAAAECAQAlDQIAAA==" on FLSMS server but it does not send form to mobile phone.

Can you let me know what time you submitted the logs, or your username? I'm having some problems identifying which logs belong to you.

I submitted the logs at around 1:30pm Mar 4th US central time.

I'm afraid I still can't find your logs. Could you email them to frontlinesupport@kiwanja.net please? You'll find them in %USERHOME%/FrontlineSMS/logs. The files may be quite big, but if you zip them then they will compress very well.

Hopefully we can get this sorted at the start of next week - sorry for the delay.

Hi Varun,

Your "Forms Message Handler" is not set up. Can you confirm the following line is present in %HOMEPATH%/FrontlineSMS/properties/app.properties:
forms.message.handler=com.masabi.frontlinesms.forms.MasabiFormsMessageHandler

If this line is not present, try adding it and restarting FrontlineSMS - this should fully enable the Forms plugin.
