Unknown error

Hi,

 

I am using forms in my Nokia 2730, and once I have filled 6 forms, I try to upload all together in "Upload data" but this message is displayed:

 

Unknown error

An unknown error occurred while handling this request: -32776:0

FIRST_LOCAL_CODE: -32768

FIRST_LOCAL_ERROR_CODE: -32773

 

Could the reason be the volume of data handled? Can you help me?

Hi Santiago,

The error code -32776:0 has been known to occur for a number of reasons, including volume of data. Try uploading not more than 5 forms at a time. Also make sure you have enough credit. If you are still receiving the same error, you can try to search  "-32776:0" in the forums and see how other users have resolved the same issue.
