FrontlineSMS allows you to text message with large groups of people anywhere there is a mobile signal.

Thanks for contacting us. When you first open PaymentView after installing it, you should be prompted to select a language and then select the county you are in. This way, the system can expect the proper country code. Did you see this prompt when you installed PaymentView?

I do not remember seeing a prompt when I installed PaymentView. I had been using FrontlineSMS for a while. And I had a beta 1 version of Payment View installed, too. So it installed on top of my FrontlineSMS with all my data transferred into FrontlineSMS/PaymentView.
I do not see an uninstall option to start over. However, I noticed an option to build a copy in a new directory or update the program. I tried to update and it did not give an option to select language and country. Afterward, I changed to a new language and still it did not prompt me for a country.
Thanks, Woody

I uninstalled several times and re-installed into another directory. I can add +243 clients now. PROGRESS!
But I never saw the language and country option.

Great, I'm glad to hear you made progress. The reason why those options weren't appearing was because you had installed a beta 1 version of PaymentView. In order for the language and country options to appear, you must either uninstall the beta version of PaymentView and delete the database (not done automatically when you uninstall) or install into a different directory (as you've done). Glad to hear you've succeeded in adding +243 clients, please let us know if you have any further questions. And we'd love to hear your feedback on PaymentView - contact us on info@credit.frontlinesms.com.

1. Airtel Money is working here. Have anyone use FSMS Credit with Airtel Money?
2. How do I add a new "Service Provider"?

I got my Airtel Money account established. I am ready to get started. I will try to plow through this field of making the changes for Airtel.
Thanks, Woody
