Share 'Time zone settings'

Hi, I am using a phone and a computer, where FrontlineSMS is running, both with a time zone setting of +2. When I send a message to Frontline SMS from a cellphone, with the same time zone setting of +2, FrontlineSMS shows the message in the message list as if it were received two hours later (i.e. if I send it at 2:15 it shows as received at 4:15).
