Share 'how to add contacts?'

Is it possible that when a person sends a message with specific keyword let's say NAME then that number of person should be saved on the message part next to keyword, E.g; when I send NAME Moin then my number should be saved in contacts as Moin if does not exist. May be by using external command or something?????
