Share 'MTN Cameroon Would Not Cooperate on Free Bundles'

Hello ALL, I have tried unsuccessfully to get MTN Cameroon offer me a free bundle as part of their corporate social Responsibility.   Does any one here have similar challenges with their network, and can you share your experience how you turned this challenge into a possibility?   I will be glad to know.
