By selecting the delete check box, messages will only be deleted on the sim card/modem memory. The messages received will remain in FrontlineSMS. This is the only solution to prevent the problem of duplicate messages.

The messages are actually not to be deleted, they are to be collated and used to make an informed decision hence my inability to delete the messages. This actually happened with two different modems/sim cards…"
