Problems with survey

Me again Josh, Where to open the survey? On the frontline SMS application installed in the receiving cellphone or by opening the SMS messages received? I am not sure about the process.

I sent the survey to my cellphone but I received it in 13 pieces. I am wondering whether it was due to the network here. We have used Orange Senegal dongle and I received 13 messages for one question…
