What brought you to FrontlineSMS (please give as much detail as possible)?: Am a political activist interested in getting tips on election monitoring as a means of communicating to the world from the deepest villages of Uganda before, during and after the 2011 elections that will somehow bypass all the physical and communication jams that will be in place to block communication.

A means of sending election results the instant they are announced from about 22,000 polling stations around the country.

A place to raise an SOS to the international community when things get out of hand.

Am really a novice and I need detailed help to get started. Am based in the US - is that a problem? Please help.
