- I am a student at the University of Brighton studying the enviroment and media. I am currently planning a dissertation project and I am interested in how mobile phones have empowered women in communities in developing countries. I am specifically interested in South Africa and my research led me to FrontlineSMS. I hope that through the forum I may be able to access some projects that are currently at work in South Africa to further my research.

- I am 23 years old and I live in Brighton in the UK. I am studying at the University of Brighton and I am hoping to do a masters in sustainable development. My mother is South African which is where my interest, in SA development specifically, comes from. I am planning a visit to South Africa some time between June and September 2011 and hopefully through Frontline SMS I will be able to make some valuable contacts.
