"Hi Joellen, the other way I've done this is to have incoming texts forwarded to a twittermail account. This will work if you have email/internet access with FLSMS: http://mashable.com/2007/06/27/twittermail/"

attempting to set up email forwarding
I am attempting to set up email forwarding and running into problems. I've set up a gmail account and entered info into frontline but keep getting a message saying it can't reach the server.
Attempts with keyword forwarding result in "failed" attempts to send to email.
The laptop is connected to the Internet. Scratching my head trying to figure out what I'm overlooking here...
