- I manage programs for a nonprofit called Best Buddies that provides social opportunities for people with disabilities. The majority of our programs involve friendship matches, so in addition to our participants with disabilities we have a large base of volunteers who are people without disabilities, mostly high school and college students. In today's world of non-profits data collection and reporting is key in order for us to monitor the quality of our programs, but unfortunately this is not the most fun part for our volunteers. Being able to send out texts to volunteers to remind them of their reports would be extremely helpful.
