"I'm using an Alcatel One Touch 9500 and, occasionally, i also use a GSM dongle from my Data Carrier (Digicel). The application does not recognize both my phone and the modem. I'm still playing around will advise how i go :-)  "

I found about Frontline SMS online while researching for a SMS service that we wanted to use in a Monitoring & Evaluation exercise on data collection. Given that our part of the world has a "good" mobile coverage, we wanted a system that would not have much budgetary implications (especially on a trial basis) and has success in countries similar to ours. Frontline SMS fit the bill!
