Dear FLSMS team,Thanks again for this release candidate. All the previous issues I raised (duplicate messages, glitches in the message history etc) seem to have been fully fixed. At the moment it's operating very smoothly - great job! We've uncovered a bug that is causing these duplicate messages and are working on a fix. I will let you know when a test build is available containing the fix.

We are particularly looking at combining FLSMS with community radio as a means of increasing citizen feedback and follow-up on governance issues.
