I am an Ashoka Fellow that recently met Josh in MN and we agreed this would bean ideal collaboration.

Tell us about you. (Please also add an image to your profile): I am founding director of Birthing Project USA (www.birthingprojectusa.org), a global MCH organization with the mission of improving birth outcomes for women of color. Our model project recruits, trains and support community/village women to provide one on one social support to pregnant and parenting teens and women. We also provide continuing education to traditional midwives and help connect them to existing health resources/systems.
